Hi, so my pork label says 122kcal per 100g.
When I log my pork do I log the cooked weight or the raw weight?

Unless specified as cooked, most refers to raw meat.1

the label is for raw so measure it out before cooking1

It weighs less when cooked.....it must loose juices etc so the raw weight is correct for the meat value regardless of the water and juice lost?0

Yep. It will weigh less once it's cooked.

You can weigh and log cooked, but you have to use a cooked entry. The thing with cooked entries is that they are going to vary more - depending on cooking style, whether or not someone used oil or anything else to cook it, but did not specify in the entry.
Weighing and logging raw tends to yield more accurate results.1
