When I got pregnant with my daughter I started having bad lower back pain and she's 2 now and it still hasnt gone away. It doesnt hurt to walk or move or anything like that. It only hurts when any pressure is applied to it such as laying flat on a floor. Crunches used to be one of my favorite exercises and I cant take the pain anymore. What are some good off the floor ab work outs i can do at home?

Crunches aren't going to build abs and are not a necessary exercise.
Try doing planks which may help strengthen your back as well as your abs. Slowly increase the time you hold for. Yoga or Pilates may be good for strengthening your core too.0 -
I am terrible at explaining things so this prob wont be all that helpful.
an exercise class I used to go to a few years ago had an ab option sitting on a chair, not 100% sure as I always did the floor option but I think it was hands behind the head elbow to opposite knee (lifting knee up), alternating sides.0 -
Easy. Weighted cable crunches.0
