Hi. I was wondering if anyone here has MS ( multiple sclerosis)?
I was diagnosed with releasing-remitting MS about 3 years ago now. It makes me really tired so If I'm sitting on the couch lounging I fall asleep after a workout. Add me if we can support each other and share any tips.
