Turkey Swiss Panini
Made one of these last night, and it was super good. I used 2 slices Trader Joe's sprouted wheat bread, a serving of their sliced turkey (which is the only packaged turkey I've found I like), 2 slices Swiss cheese, some baby spinach and two slices of tomato, and a tablespoon of Ranch on the bread. Just spread the ranch on the bread, add a piece of cheese to each piece of bread, and add turkey, tomatoes, and spinach to the center. Cook on Panini grill for five minutes or until cheese melts. You can, of course, modify it to include lower calorie ingredients, but it's very yummy as is....about 450 calories.
