Do you guys track liquid calories? Why or why not?

    Yes. Because they are calories.

Why would the form/state they come in matter? If I freeze soda, and it becomes solid, the calories don't change.

Absolutely. I even track the zero calorie drinks because sometimes they have other nutrients/macros in them. All calories count, regardless of how you're taking them in.

As you can see, it depends on what liquid it is - I count coffee and tea because the cream I put in them has calories. I dont count water because it has no calories, likewise diet Pepsi - no calories.

Wine, other alcohols, smoothies, flavoured waters or "energy" drinks - if it has calories, it is probably wise to count them to avoid whats called calorie creep - its a term that describes how your calorie intake can grow without you really noticing because you are failing to take into account the calories from all food sources.

Of course. You can drink an awful lot of calories. My mom as a matter of fact couldn't figure out why she couldn't lose weight when she was cutting her portions she was eating, but in reality, she was drinking at least 1200 calories of vodka a day, which of course she was in denial about and didn't count.
