Smoothie???

Is a smoothie from Pulp a good alternative for a lunch or big snack when in a hurry like today? Or is like a club sandwich from the tavern I work at and a smoothie a better alternative?

    Presumably one of those options will be a better fit for your calorie/macro goals for the day in the context of the rest of your meals.

    I like smoothies in a hurry, since I can really pack in the calories, I can make some around 1000 cals it's great. If you really want to get the cals up, why not have the club sandwich with the smoothie. Win win! :)
