Stress and weight

I don't know about you, but I have found that the more stressed I am, the harder time it is to make that little number tick down on the scale. And lately, it has been sitting pretty still.

I'm not writing to vent about my drama. I'm just curious if others notice the same things. Anything that helps?

I notice that when I'm stressed, it's that little bit harder to resist the emotional eating trap and find the time to work out properly. I'm in the middle of exams right now but am making sure I take at least an hour every day to do something for exercise. It's helping I think to clear my head.

I'm one of those oddballs that has the opposite problem. When I'm stressed I lose my appetite. I'm more likely to sleep away my problems than eat them. Exercise is the best stress relief I've found! The happy after-effects last for hours. Good luck! :flowerforyou:

I'm with you. Stress makes me hold on to weight, even if I'm eating great. My mom and cousin on the other hand, have a bad day and lose 20 pounds. I guess everyone's different.
