Hi! I'm 17, and interested in heavy lifting, improving my fitness level, and keeping up with my boyfriend in swim*his 200IM time may be better than mine, but my 500meter time whoops his!*
I want to get my squat max back up too 215 *I slacked off so much I've dropped back down to 165ln D:*, eventually do a triathlon, and get back into running.

I care a lot more about my health and improving my strength and cardio than weight loss, but I AM looking to eventually hit my goal weight of 125. Feel free to friend me, i need all the encouragement I can get, and I will return it too :).
