Any PCOS sufferers out there??

Hi I am a PCOS sufferer. I am over weight and would love some inspiration to loose some of this weight.
I am also a cancer survivor of 8 years and I also have a heart condition which is stable at the moment.
Add me as a friend if you like and we can get through this together.

    Hi, storw62. I also have PCOS. I am currently overweight(just had a baby), but have successfully gotten to a healthy weight in the past by going low carb and exercising. I am currently back on a path to a healthy weight and am slowly getting there. Lost about ten pounds of a 40 pound goal. Congratulations on surviving cancer and getting your heart condition stable!

    My doctor thinks I have pcos as well. He wants me to lose 100 pounds. I am here with you girl.
