Suggestions for whey please.

I've made some Paneer from full fat milk, it's currently pressing.
BUT I now have 4 pots of liquid whey in the fridge. I'd like suggestions of things to do with it rather than just tipping it down the sink. Also how to log it. What are the macros, how much fat/protein/carbs per cup/100ml, what proportion of nutrients goes into the paneer and whey?

Look up liquid whey in the database as there are some homemade options out there. You can use it is soup stock, smoothies or protein shakes. Oatmeal would be another great use. I believe you can also make ricotta from whey but I have not tried this.0
