C25K - Anyone want to start with me?

I'll be starting this today having never done this before.

If anyone else has also just started this or is looking to start, maybe we can support each other.

    I've recently taken up jogging. I haven't been using the C25k but I just started so it wouldnt hurt to try it :)

    I would love to do this. Have focused on weights and so need to incorporate this in my workouts. Will start today as well.

    Been to the gym and completed Workout 1, Week 1.
    It went better than expected. I think the fact that I've been going for a brisk walk for the past 5 days helped.
    I wasn't as knackered as I thought I'd be.

    Going to complete workout 2, Week 1 on Friday.

    Definitely start. If you're already running the first week will probably be a piece of cake for you. I've just been walking past few days and I didn't find it too bad.

    Hey that's brilliant. Let me know once you've completed it and how you found it.
    I did workout 1 today, and it wasn't that bad. And I felt great afterwards. Full of energy.
