Uneducated plateau

Hi
I am 20 years old
5ft 7
147 pounds
Female

I have been on a 1400 calorie diet for some time and can't get past 147 pounds, I am strict in what I eat and do training alternating legs etc at the gym 3/4 times a week

Should I be patient or should I be focusing on my macros
My ideal weight is to be 130 pounds
How much protein carbs fats should I consume

    How much is some time? How accurate are you? Being strict and being accurate are two very different things.

    I'd recommend reading the book 'Thinner Leaner Stronger' by Michael Matthews. Amazon has it in Kindle format. I'm following his other book 'Bigger Leaner Stronger' and have found it to be an eye opener with breaking out macro nutrition and workouts.
