With the first day of spring being March 20th, I would like to have a weekly weigh-in ( I choose Mondays) and continue into June 19 (last day of spring)

My goal for these 13 weeks is 25lbs

Starting weight 193.5lbs
Goal Weight 168.5lbs

    Having trouble getting back on track so this would be a good motivation for me :)

    I am in. It would be nice to lose more but I am going to try to lose a minimum of 12lbs so that is maybe 1lb a week. Even through it does seem to be going so well so far because this week I only lost 0.4lbs. Better chance next week.
