I lost about 22kg in 2015 within 8 months but I reached a plateau. I tried many different diets and I eventually gave up because I would lose around 3-4kg and it would just come back on again. So frustrating.. I need to lose another 15kg to be at a healthy weight for my height. This time I'm more determined than ever to do this! So I've lost 2.4kg in the past 11 days and I'm determined to keep this up.. Motivation is the difficult part, you just need to keep pushing yourself and celebrate the small achievements as you go along. Trust me, they make it more worthwhile! Let's do this!!
