Hi community! Trying to get back on track with my fitness and weight loss journey, after losing 60+ lbs i starting feeling pretty good about myself and went off track, thinking i could handle it, OBVIOSLY NOT.... so here i am 20lbs to lose to be where i was and 80 lbs total to be where i want to be. Trying not to be disgusted with my fail but its hard not to be, so heres to gettin back to it!

    So you are 40 pounds down from where you started. Congrats! That's still great. And now you are ready to recommit and lose even more. That's even better! Things happen. It's ok. You didn't fail, you just stopped succeeding as much for a while. Forgive yourself and move on. You got this.
