Any of you who are interested in pertinent, reader-friendly, even FUN info on nutrition, I have the best little magazine. It is "Nutrition Action Healthletter" which sounds much more stuffy and purely academic than it is (isn't)!! .
It is a small (16 pages) magazine put out 10 times a year, and has the most interesting and practical articles. It is a great encouragement to healthier eating and living. I just wish it were a little longer, as I usually read it quickly and look forward to the next issue. I want to get a gift subscription for all of my family to educate them a little better on the issues without preaching!
