Slow cooker question

So I know how to put a recipe in the builder for my slow cooker meals. My question is: I am making a beef stew. I weighed it out to 1 serving=1 gram. There will be 2 of us eating it. I know not every bowl will be equal. My question is how would the calories be accurate if my first bowl is mostly beef and the second is mostly potatoes as those items have different calories?

I eat a lot of stews and soups and I don't even worry about this, to be honest. I do the best I can to get a general distribution of ingredients in my bowl and trust that over time, my estimates will balance each other out.2
