Question for those of you with Spotify!

Hi :)
I'm having an issue with my Spotify and I've found there isn't a help/customer service team? I've tried the past couple days with the community forum and FAQ but no luck.

If you've had an issue in the past with your account, how did you find out how to fix it?

I'm changing my account to a UK based one as I've moved here and have a new UK based bank card. But when I update it only gives me the option of a family subscription or an annual pay up front account whereas I'm wanting to stick to my usual monthly premium subscription.

Any help is massively appreciated! Before my account gets stopped tomorrow :(

    Delink your payment card and use paypal to pay spotify.

    Paypal will be your intermediary.

    Will they also be your friend because I saw someone on here looking for friends.
