Anyone got any tips coming off Atkins. I'm worried about gaining weight

You will gain some water weight because of increased carbs intake, but if you stick to a calorie deficit, you'll lose fat; if you eat at maintenance, you will maintain weight.3

I am slowly coming off keto. From everything I've read and seen on here, it is best to introduce carbs very slowly!! Increase by maybe 5-10 grams a week. I'm still trying to keep around 50 - 60 grams per day net. I haven't gained any weight mainly because I'm keeping a calorie deficit and keeping similar macros of higher fat and protein. I prefer the way I feel with more fat. Like kommodevaran said you will gain some water weight, but it will subside if you keep your calories in check. Good Luck!0
