Coming off Atkins

Anyone got any tips coming off Atkins. I'm worried about gaining weight

    You will gain some water weight because of increased carbs intake, but if you stick to a calorie deficit, you'll lose fat; if you eat at maintenance, you will maintain weight.

    I am slowly coming off keto. From everything I've read and seen on here, it is best to introduce carbs very slowly!! Increase by maybe 5-10 grams a week. I'm still trying to keep around 50 - 60 grams per day net. I haven't gained any weight mainly because I'm keeping a calorie deficit and keeping similar macros of higher fat and protein. I prefer the way I feel with more fat. Like kommodevaran said you will gain some water weight, but it will subside if you keep your calories in check. Good Luck!
