Upper Full body workouts

I hurt my foot and stated doing full bodyouts for about an hour 5 days a week and been loseing 1 to 1.5 pounds for 2 weeks now, should i up my calories more. I am calories is set at 2000

1% of bodyweight lost per week is fine as a max. That doesn't mean it is ideal, it just means it's a good guideline as a max. Assuming your rate of loss isn't exceeding that and you feel good enough to keep up with activity, you should be fine. What are your height and weight?0
