Toning

I'm at my maintenance point, every time I hit this weight (56/57kg) I plateau which given it's a fairly low weight anyhow for most people feels like my body telling me not to keep losing. However, I still feel like there's a distance to go before I hit my goal body.
I'm just not reallt sure how to go about transitioning to maintenance and toning up more? Could anyone help me out? Especially if you were someone who started fairly small (i started 63kg and im 5'7").
Thanks guys!

Eat at the calorie level that keeps you in your goal weight range.
Do the exercise needed to get to whatever your goal body is.
And be patient!
