I currently am prediabetes, 357 lbs, 57 yr old male that needs immediate exercise and health ideas and in search of a workout partner.

Suggestions: if you aren't already exercising, start slow. Do 3-4 10 minute walks over the course of the day.
What sort of health ideas do you want? That is pretty broad. With pre-diabetes, you probably need to reduce consumption of refined carbohydrates (white bread, white pasta, prepackage food...read: junk like cookies and chips and crackers, etc). Some people recommend higher protien diets for diabetic/prediabetic people...considering the potential for kidney damage w/ diabetes, I'm not sure how that works (when I have kidney problems I have to basically go vegan until they clear up and I don't bother tracking protien...prob don't eat enough protein then, even by my low protein standards...this might be diff for others).
Pay attention to what spikes your blood sugar and balance...0
