I'm 29 and trying to lose roughly 35lbs after having my first baby back in January!
Trying to do the sensible thing and eat really healthy food - I've done too many crash diets in the past and I think my metabolism has suffered for it.
I'd love to be able to get a bit of support and motivation, and even diet advice as I tend to lose very slowly!
