Last year I hit my highest at 220lbs, my friends started to workout to get con ready and I went with them. Then my dad got diagnozed with diabetes2 and I decided to become vegan and in 3-6months I lost 45lbs.
I did about 15-30min cardio .5- 1hr strength training.
After a breakup and some life events i didn't want I gained 5-8lb back and I decided it was time to get back again and I lost 10. I joined a new gym close to home and trainer recommended circuit training and suspension with 2 days of 30min cardio(3 different types each) but although I haven't gained weight my clothes are tighter than before I started working with trainer. I don't think my diet has changed a lot but I don't know since I don't like tracking calories.
Helppp!!!
My goal is to be 130 by the beginning of august but I don't know if it'll be possible since I've Plateaued for so long.

Just don't give up! It's not always about the numbers of the weighing scale! Most of the times, you're gaining muscle. Keep going!

You are as @patricia_uol says probably gaining muscle, however that's only possible if you're not eating in a deficit. The only way you will lose weight is by eating in a deficit, and tracking your calories is one of the most accurate ways of doing it.

Ok you don't clearly say but math based on your post has you at 173lbs. Goal is 130 .August is 5 months away. Thus you are looking to lose 43 lbs in 5 months . For someone like you who depending on height is in the normal to slightly overweight range thats unrealistic.
That said if you want to lose weight eat less then you burn. I only know that I am doing so if i track what i eat and i suggest you try it.
