Eating Less and Getting Sore

I've have these four exercise apps on my phone, which I do every night.
But, I have to be honest, I haven't been eating the healthiest. Like, way below the calories I should be eating. I have a dead line for my weight goal and I need to get there, so I'm desperate to get there.
Anyway, I've been feeling kind of sore. But, not muscle sore. It's mostly my calves and it sort of feels like my bones ache around that area. What does that mean?

Why is it so important to hit this deadline? I don't know what the soreness means, but it sounds like you know you could stand to eat more. Try it and see if the soreness goes away.0

Could you be dehydrated or maybe have something like shin splints?1

I don't have anything medically wrong with me. I was thinking it might be iron deficiency or dehydration.0
