So Mfp set my calorie daily goal at 1500. Should I eat right at 1500 or eat at 1400 to eat a deficit? Thanks

The deficit is built in.1

1500, as MFP has already included a deficit.1

If you told MFP you wanted to lose weight, than 1500 is what you eat to.
If your a guy(cant tell on phone easily), than know that 1500 is the minimum calorie goal you will get. So eat 1500 + 50% exercise calories burned (adjust as needed over time) to lose.

The OP is a guy. And yea, definitely 1500+ exercise calories... and unless the OP is fairly obese, 1500 might be pretty aggressive.2
