can we build muscle and loose weight at the same time...? How?

It's more about losing FAT and building muscle. Incorporating strength training = muscle time!0

You can! Currently I am droping weight but I am the strongest I have ever been. I recently set a PR of 500lbs on the bench and I did that twice. To me the biggest thing is to be on a High Protein/Low Carb diet. I try to get as close as I can to a gram of protein per pound of body weight. Also its important to do some cardio at least 3 times a week in combination with your weight training.0
