Having a hard time loosing

All I can say is I eat a lot of protein like cottage cheese,lean chicken breasts ,fish ,cheese ,yogurt,fruits and veggies . Make sure you portion all that you eat . It works wonders for me and doing light cardio and muscle straightening is key as well ,the protein will help in adding muscle and in turn muscle makes you look leaner and helps burn fat even at rest .
