165 Cal Berry Cheesecake
Options
Okay...not exactly a real cheesecake, but just as delicious and I have it every night.
You need:
75g Full Fat Ricotta (can use light, but not much difference in cals)
90g Frozen mixed berries (defrost them a little in the microwave if desired)
5g Honey (about 1/3 of a tsp - you don't even really need it, but I like it)
Generous sprinkle of plain (not sugared) cinammon over the top
Mix and enjoy. It satisfies my sweet tooth every evening, especially post workout, and I follow it with a herbal tea which stops me from wanting to have a late night binge.
