Correct numbers?

Anyone else feel like mfp gives you really low numbers? I did an online calculator and got something like 1600+ calories and mfp gave me like 1400.

    MFP doesn't include exercise calories in their base calorie number and other sites do. MFP expects you to add exercise as you do it.

    MFP gave you 1400 PLUS exercise calories. If you do a moderate amount of exercise to get that extra 200 calories they're the same.
