I'm looking to add some new people to help keep me motivated and accountable. I've recently joined the IIFYM way of life and I'm working on building a solid gym routine. (Eventually becoming comfortable with a barbell).
My short term goal is to lose 10 pounds by the end of May and consistently hit the gym 4x per week. I'm also aiming to practice yoga at home as often as possible.
After May I'll be focusing more on strength and building muscle before dropping more weight.

Hey! Feel free to add/message me. My goal is 5 lbs a month, too. I also exercise 3-5 days a week (spin class and strength training), and I try to do 30 minutes of yoga every day at home.0 -
