Fat loss plateau

So I've been good on diet and working out along with HIIT cardio at least four to five time a week but I can't seem to drop lower than 13% body fat. I want to drop to at least 11-10%. Any advice would be great.

Change your routine and re-check your diet, if you doing the same thing day in and day out your body. Adapts to it. That's why you need to change. How long do you do your cardio for? and how long it's been? It takes time, if it been a month for example its too short of a time.0

Are you counting calories? Are you doing some form of strength/resistance training to preserve muscle mass?1
