Lost an inch on my thighs and arms - in 7 days

So I only started watching my calories last Friday, and I've been going for about 20min walks every day or so.
Before I started, I took measurements of my arm and thigh on the Friday.
I have just measured them again today, not expecting to see any difference.
And I was so shocked when I compared the new readings with the old ones. I've lost an inch on both my arms and thighs in 7 days!
That's crazy.
I didn't think I would lose that much THAT quick!
This has motivated even more right now!

Be sure to measure in the exact same spot every time and hold the tape the same tightness! My arm are about half the size of my thighs, so it takes much longer to lose an inch on my arms than my thighs.1
