sorry, not directing this at anyone
we all watch tv for at least 1 hour a day, so instead of sitting on the couch, jog on the spot.
at an approx rate of 150 steps per minute, you would do 9000 steps in that hour, which would mean 45k in a work week
so unless you can not dedicate that 1 hour due to whatever reason, you should be doing 45k a week at least, obviously those with physical issues can not
just because you do not exercise as much, do not go round question other people's step count
they say do 10k a day, personally I would say at least 20k unless you do a physically active job, but even still, you should still be able to do at least 45k a work week
whilst I am here, a big thanks to those that have kept me going and challenging me, especially those challenging me to do at least 30-40k a day, you have really helped me lose weight
for those struggling, exercising is just half of it, you need to watch what you are eating, exercising like mad isn't going to help if you eat wrong
