maintain my current weight
while building muscle
and loosing body fat?
I weigh 100kgs which is 28kg higher than BMI guidelines require but I am comfortable with myself at this weight. I have weighed less many many years ago but I felt that I was too small. I have a large frame and end up being ribs and hips lol
So I basically want to maintain at 100kg but build muscle and drop fat.

That's called recomping and you can certainly do it but it's a slow process.
I Googled "recomping" and this website looks like it has some decent info about one approach to it:
