mmmm... chilli cheese fritos....
I'm gonna have to fit those in this weekend.2 -
I want some chili cheese Fritos now.1
-
Flavored rice cakes, diet soda pop, Greek yogurt with honey and oats/granola, Fibre 1 bars, protein bars, chocolate covered coffee beans.3
-
-
I just had toast with this ...

I have blueberries and no fat yogurt. Usually limit snacks to one a day.1
-
God, I haven't had chili cheese fritos in years. That was my jam back in the day!
I'm usually a big fruit-eater, but lately, I've been struggling to get enough protein, so I'm trying to snack on cheese sticks or yogurt. Or a hard boiled egg, when I've remembered to boil them, which is not often.1 -
I almost never snack. When I do it is of the usual snack variety - crisps, snikers, chocolate, icecream.1
-
-
Yogurt with fruit, special k cracker chips (28 chips for 120 cals) with salsa or salsa and avocado depending on cals I have to use, veggies and dressing, mini rice cakes...3
-
I've become fond of sunflower seeds recently. A package can last me two days. I don't have a problem with salt and I like that you can't eat them fast. Other snacks would add far more calories for me.2

No, that's the only one I've tried ... because I really like salted caramel.
I usually have toast with leatherwood honey, or maybe if I've got a lot of calories left over toast with nutella and honey, but just before Christmas, I noticed those spreads and couldn't resist the salted caramel. I only have it once in a while, but noticed that this last container expires on April 4th, so I figured I'd better get busy and eat it!!
I may yet try some of the others ... just having a bit of trouble picturing them spread on toast.1 -
So many snacks.
Chips and popcorn (must come pre-portioned), fiber one bars, prosciutto panino (del duca brand with basil! Volpi roltini are also very good if you don't mind salty), yogurt, string cheese, pre-portioned cashews (dill pickle, sriracha, jalapeño flavor), individual Turtle chocolates, I have a few boxes of girl scout cookies (haven't opened the thin mints yet. Im afraid of what I might do ).5 -
Hard boiled egg, banana, apple, yogurt... when I really need something sweet, 10 M&Ms2
-
HB egg, Wheat Thins with hummus or cheese, yogurt, & if I have extra calories, cottage cheese with peaches.2
-
I'm a fan of the mantra "Eat food, not too much, mostly plants, and ingredients that would make sense to your grandmother" (borrowed from here: http://www.webmd.com/food-recipes/news/20090323/7-rules-for-eating), and I snack pretty often. Lately snacks have been string cheese (the 50 cal/stick ones), bananas, oranges, tangerines (Halos or Cuties), vegetable chips (not veggie straws which are mostly powder and corn, but like baked sweet potato, beet, jicima, etc - about 150 cals/serving), a handful of unsalted almonds, microwave popcorn (not every day, and this one does violate the "ingredients" rule above), granola bars (I like Kashi TLC bars, there's a cheaper version at some stores like Aldi), or a serving of chips and salsa (thank god I'm not super salt sensitive). #I<3Snacks1

You're confusing snacking with excessive consumption of non-nutritious foods. Snacking isn't a weakness in itself, nor do snacks have to be non-nutritious. Context.13 -
usually a few almonds, a frozen fruit bar, fruit or a cup of baby carrots...sometimes it can be a piece of chocolate1
-
I usually have fruit and something with protein in the morning and a higher protein snack in the afternoon. Today I had a banana with PB2 between breakfast and lunch and packed chicken jerky for the afternoon. I also make protein pancakes out of half a scoop of protein powder and fruit--love this--when I am at home and can cook on a range top.
Other snacks I like: 10 or so almonds, a few slices of deli turkey, edamame, hummus, an ounce of smoked salmon wrapped around cucumbers.1 -
I keep tuna packets (different flavors), fruit, canned veggies, and canned fruit all at my desk for those dire moments when I need a snack at work.1
-
Boiled chicken mini fillets, cheese sticks, apples, yogurt, tin of sweetcorn, protien shake0
-
I snack on fruits most of the time because that's what I've always loved for snacks. Sometimes I snack on chips or chocolate, I also eat ice cream in the summer and the odd couple of cookies every now and then. It doesn't really make much of a difference for me what I use for snacks because it just ends up being around the same calories regardless of food, somewhere between 100 and 250.
Snacks are good for my soul, so I don't cut them out. Some people do better without snacking, and that's alright too.

I can probably eat a full bag of baby carrots in one sitting hahaha oops. I once turned my teeth orange (temporarily; my dentist pointed it out since I'd been snacking right before the appointment) from eating too many carrots.2
-
protein bars and apples

( I watch carbs and stay on/under calories) I use the small sweet cucumbers from Sams sliced and dip it in hummus with salsa on top. Nuts 100 calories, sugar free jello and half of a peanut butter to go cup (mix it - like PBJ - a lil of both on spoon) Sometimes put that on a low carb tortilla , Pecan halves dipped in Skinny Cow cheese wedge, turkey cheese roll ups, cottage cheese and tomatoes, veggies dipped in ranch or blue cheese (surprised to like sliced radishes like this), 1/2 cup carb smart ice cream, love the Atkins chocolate covered almonds but try to divide the small serving package into 3 servings, avocado with salsa and cilantro on top - sometimes use this as a meal, sometimes I throw together a homemade broccoli salad, coleslaw, or cucumber salad, left over veggies, scoop of peanut butter holds me over, hot tea, almond/coconut milk, Gosh I love a snack! Can you tell? Oh frozen blueberries if fresh not available.1

I mostly don't either. Occasionally, if I decide I want something in the late afternoon because I'm eating dinner late and had a lot of workout calories I will have some nuts, or maybe a plain greek yogurt with berries or some cottage cheese, or a protein bar or Kind bar.2 -
The only snack I allow myself to have is one Quest Bar per day. Some days, I eat one, some days I don't. It works for me. Plus, I need to extra protein and fiber.1
