I'm going slimmer and my body fat percentage is in the obese range, I'm losing inches but nothing on the scale.

I do the 4.3 diet and weight train 4x a week and do my butt exercises 2x week, as well as hiit 3x a week and the exercise bike for a hour a day.

I eat plenty of protein each day and drink lots of water but I just don't know what to do with myself.

More info. When did you start? How much weight have you lost total? How long since you have not seen a weight loss?

The likely culprit is temporary water weight, and a little patience will get the scale moving again. But more info would be useful in case its something else.

I would suggest searching in the forum first. You'll find your answer.

I've been losing weight for a few months I've lost around 15 pounds but I had a baby a 14 weeks ago, I've been weight training since the end of January I think and not seen a change in weight proper for around 4 weeks.

    I'm 4 foot 11 and 127 pounds right now
