do you use this app to log exercises? if not, which do you use and why?
i've been using fitlist. It's free, and easy to use.

makes sense - i need to get more familiar w/ it though. Exercises have different names on different apps. So it's a pain to find the matching ones.

I don't bother to log strength exercise in any app. In MFP you don't get calories from strength work anyway.

I record all my lifts and their weights in a paper notebook that I take into the gym with me.

I record weights in "Simple Workout Log", but there are hordes of apps in the various app stores that do similar things - this was about the 8th or 9th one that I tried, and I just find it matches the way I want to work

Not sure if you are interested in using another app, but you can log your workouts through MapMyFitness app. It links to this app if you go into settings. So when you're done logging your workout it automatically posts on mfp.

I use the Nike+ app for my running, and just log my lifting with the strength training cardio exercise option here in the mfp database.
