DDP Yoga

HI everyone,

I have been doing the DDP Yoga for about 3 weeks, and have been following the program as suggested for beginners. This is my third week, and I have not noticed much weight loss yet. I do the yoga program three days/week, with only missing last Friday due to a small ankle injury.

I am curious as to how others got started on the fitness aspect of the program (I am not following the diet portion at this time, as I am doing something else) and how often beginners did the yoga (whether you did it three times/week as suggested or more frequently).

    I can't answer for DDP Yoga - my understanding of it is that it's yoga with some cardio thrown in - but any program isn't going to make much of a change in three weeks.
