I've been keeping track for about a week now and don't plan on steering off track. I'm 2 lbs away from reaching my goal of 170 lbs and next will be 180 lbs. I'd like to reach 190 lbs and then cut down to 170 lbs with about 10% body fat before I start competing.
Wouldn't mind adding some more friends to see how everyone else is doing as well as what they're eatting0 -

I originally had a 600+ day streak but decided my logging was not honest and I was only logging to keep a streak instead of weight loss. So, that's gone, but I've got 60 days strong again. My health is back to priority. Maybe I should have logged my ...nearly 10 month break. Could've knocked sense into me sooner haha. Anyone can add me. I weigh and log everything.0
