Hello everyone

I've been tracking for about a week steady on here. Just now checking out the forums.

Currently on day 18 of a 60 day eating plan that is candida and gluten free. Has been okay but I'm really getting tired of chicken. I miss bread and pasta. But actually feel better so I know it's good for me.

I'm trying really hard to stay on track.
