My favourite flavour of biscuit/cookie has got to be Ginger! BUT I also love an oat cookie... Anyone have any good recipients for a "ginger oat" cookie that can be as healthy as possible?!

    2 ripe bananas
    1 cup quick oats
    1/4 cup diced candied ginger
    Couple dashes of cinnamon and ground ginger
    Divide into 16 portions and bake at 350 for 15 minutes (keep a close eye on them as they burn easily)
    I recommend using a silicone mat or parchment paper
