Trying to fill carb count without to many calories. Any suggestions?

Would love idea's for carbs. It seems trying to fill the carb count I go over on calories. After I enter my exercise and it brings up more to fill, which is alright if it's not at nine at night.

Is there a specific reason you want/need more carbs? The default 50% macro setting for carbs is quite high in my opinion. I changed mine to 40 and don't sweat if I'm under. I like fat and protein more anyway.1

Vegetables are great carbs and in my case it's hard not to reach/exceed daily carbs. It's protein I really have to try to get in daily.
If you need to carb load then I've heard rice is a good immediate source of sugars for your body to burn, but that's more for sustained physical activity over an hour like a marathon0
