Phentermine

I'm so tired about 4 hours after taking phentermine. I started it two days ago and thought its supposed to help you have engergy? No horrible side effects though besides that and pukey feeling here and there. Any suggestions on what to do for the sleepiness ?

    Hi myrandab123. About an hour after I take my phentermine, I also take 5-htp 100 mg. This gives me the energy to power through my day.

    But do you know the reason it causes me to be tired ? I hear other people bounce off the walls haha, but I'll forsure try that!!

    Mine definitely doesn't give me that burst of energy. But that could also be because I am in law school . . . I would ask your doctor, it might not be reacting right in your body yet.

    Phentermine acts as a stimulant, so it should make you feel more energized, or at least be elevating your heart rate some. I agree with Brookieb1326, check with your doctor if you're not noticing a difference. Any difference in appetite? Are you on a small dose?
