I have a fiancée who loves eating snacks at night. The things he eats are things I love too. What are some things you do to avoid eating those tempting snacks at night?

I would personally save some calories for them... Because I like eating at night :)

My wife and I make some popcorn with a small amount of butter or some roasted chick pea poppers. Which are delicious and clean food. Take a can of chick peas rinse and drain well. In a bowl add the peas and a couple drizzles of olive oil. Next some garlic powder, smoked paprika, chilli powder and some cumin. Mix it all well then spread on cookie sheet in ths oven @ 450 for about 30 mins. Agitate them about half way. You want them to shrink to about half size and get golden crispy. When you pull them out of oven add a bit of sea salt for next level flavor. Cool and enjoy. Way better for you than chips or cookies or cheesies.

I also hold onto at least 50-100 calories for an evening snack. If I'm still craving sweets after that, I drink flavored hot tea.

I love Fuji apples. They're my go-to snack to finish off my night because they're so sweet, like candy! I always log an apple before anything else, and I base the rest of my day around that because I tend to eat them later on in the night before I go to bed. Other than that, I like buying the boxes of single serve 100 calorie bags of kettle corn. They satisfy my cravings every time!

I always make it a commitment to not eat after having my last meal for the day. Brush your teeth after having your last meal it'll keep you from that temptation plus everything tastes weird after brushing.

My go to is a light and fit Greek yogurt. It's sweet and has 80 calories and has protein. They now have Carmel apple pie flavor!
