Does anyone know how many calories there are in basic veggie rolls w avocado?
In the database, it's not specific

Unless you made it yourself or got the sushi at a restaurant that publishes calories on a website or their menu, you are just going to have to make an educated guess based on the ingredients.

The ingredients and the amounts vary too much for anyone to tell you how many calories you had, and the database entries are not going to be accurate for your meal.

I found one that was 249 calories. Add avocado 100 calories? 349 calories?

I don't eat sushi, but the database is unlikely to be specific as there are so many variables. How much rice, how much mayo/sauce, what type of vegies etc...

Unless it was homemade and I knew how much of everything I'd used, I'd probably pick the highest calorie entry to be safe.

It has asparagus, cucumber, carrots, avocado and sesame seeds on the rice

In which case, you can pick something similar from the database that seems close, or guess at the amounts of the ingredients and log them as individual items (such as 25 g cooked rice, 10 g avocado, 10 g cucumber, etc).

Pick a brand that has nutrition information on their website.

This brand, Hissho, operates throughout the US and distributes to grocery stores, and there are already quite a few of their items in MFP.
