Hang in there and start fresh tomorrow! Those days happen; although I made my step goal, I was over almost 200 on calories. Certainly not the way I like it, I will do better tomorrow, though.

It happens. And being 45 calories over is not bad at all!

45 calories isn't horrible, change something a bit tomorrow to hit your goals.

    45 is nothing. If I get within +/- 200 it's a good day.

45 calories? That's what, a mandarin orange? You did good. I wouldn't worry about that miniscule amount.

Wouldn't worry Ive been a 1000 calories over before and still lost, granted less than I should have lost that week but it's still a loss. I'm over by some sort of amount at least once every week, look at the weekly calorie average per day, (you can do that in the nutrition section just change from daily to weekly) if it averages out to the goal calories you aim for daily then your good.

Don't fret about having an off day.. It happens to all of us.. Just remember tomorrow is a new day. I didn't get all my steps in yesterday, didn't exercise, just sat around the house.
Today is a new day, so get out there and kick some Aston Martin and you'll be right back in the pocket!!!
