If your "cheat" meal is putting you at maintenance level calories for the week, no, you won't see results.
If it's putting you over your maintenance level calories for the week, you'll see results - in weight/fat increase.

I've still been losing weight despite my cheat meals. I try to stay active though.
If anything, cheat meals will slow down progress, but if you do it sparingly, you'll still lose weight1 -
I just make sure that if I am having a 'cheat' meal (I really hate that term because you are not cheating, just fueling your body) that I have the calories banked up. Either eat less for the other two meals that day, or exercise more. Others will reduce their calories a bit over the week to allow that extra for a more lavish meal on the weekend.
To lose a pound a week you are having a 500 calorie deficit on average each day, or 3500 a week. There is nothing stopping you from having a 600 calorie deficit 6 days a week and eating at maintenance, or a tiny bit over, for that remaining day while still achieving that same goal.1 -
I eat on point 6 nights a week....I may have 1 cheat meal a week...if I do I still log it and try to keep it reasonable. I typically fast the day of to save extra calories. May not be the popular thing to do....but fasting the day of helps to keep me within my limits.1

Even if it was a minor calorie overage I tended to avoid cheat meals, as they were usually comprised of the kind of food that would make me retain water the next few days and maybe make digestion less efficient. A cheat meal is one thing, but when it takes days to get back to normal from it was more bother than it was worth.0
