Hi, my name is Tiffany, and in the month I've been logging my food, I've dropped from 228.2 to 215.6. It's my hope that I can make it all the way down to 130 and then start bulking up. (I occasionally lift weights with a friend but lately life has had other plans.)
I would love to get more into the social side of this site! Up until now I didn't really add anyone, and was in one semi active group. So please, feel free to add me
