Needing someone with any interesting tips on why we bloat and tricks to help stop it! I've always been the person who can bloat up but when activating my abdominal it is nowhere to be seen! Bloating is more uncomfortable than it is a visual insecurity...but everyone gets it!

Ps everyone reading this have a lovely day! Carry on being the healthiest you!

I don't bloat and I don't even know what it is. It seems to recently have become an epidemic. I find it strange.

What I think bloat is is probably different from the "traditional" diet bloat. To me, bloat means filled up with gas which I get rid of by either waiting it out and farting/burping or if I can't wait, I drink a diet soda and let the carbonation help me burp.

My advice: if you're bloated with gas, use what will make you pass gas.

Many people swear by dairy free/paleo diets to reduce inflammation and bloat.

Yes ^^ could be diet sensitivities. For me, if I just control my intake I don't bloat.

Lots and lots of extra water helps me. For the water retention part of bloating anyway.

Fiber can cause it if you're having more than usual. Especially beans (if I stop having them regularly). Also having too much salty food can make me retain water and feel bloated.

Once I ate a bag of sugar free caramel candies and was constipated for 2 days. Fiber often backs me up even more.
I just drink black coffee in the mornings with breakfast since the coffee is a natural laxative for me. Also, never forget the water.

Whole/real foods keeps my BM's regular but once I start eating processed foods, my digestion system completely betrays me.
